Your role as a Secretary at Azuks Works Consult involves a range of tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization:

  • Welcome and guide visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Create, type, and review official documents as needed.
  • Address telephone calls and promptly respond to inquiries via both phone and email.
  • Schedule meeting spaces, arrange conference calls, and record minutes during meetings on behalf of the principal.
  • Execute administrative responsibilities, including efficient filing practices.
  • Compose emails, memos, and letters on behalf of the principal.
  • Develop and/or implement office procedures and record systems as required.
  • Handle data entry into databases and maintain client files.
  • Manage supply orders and inventory upkeep.
  • Document financial data when necessary.
  • Organize and disseminate messages.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and confirmations.
  • Prepare and dispatch outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality of department files and records.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties.
  • Assist in creating presentations and reports.
  • Fulfill any additional duties assigned by the management.
