Job Description: ActionAid Nigeria is currently seeking qualified individuals for the role of Programme Assistant, Community & Feedback Mechanism. This position is part of the World Food Programme (WFP) funded project and will be based in Shani, Borno State, and Bade, Yobe State. The role involves supporting the Protection Officer in developing structures and methods for managing complaints and feedback from beneficiaries in the field while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the received information.

Person Specification: Education / Qualifications:

  • National Diploma in Social Sciences or Arts / Humanities (essential)
  • Membership in relevant professional bodies and agencies (desirable)


  • Minimum of 2 years related experience (essential)
  • Experience in implementing accountability and complaints reporting mechanisms in Nigeria (essential)
  • Related experience on WFP-funded projects (desirable)
