Job Responsibilities:

  1. Setting-Up of Hotels and Apartments: Assist in the establishment of hotels and apartments.
  2. Recruitment: Handle staff recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements and calling applicants.
  3. Business Administration: Oversee various aspects of the business, including administration, site inspections, and business development.
  4. Staff Interviewing and Hiring: Conduct interviews and hire staff with the required skills as per business needs.
  5. Staff Training: Conduct training sessions for staff.
  6. Analytical Writing: Prepare analytical documents on specified topics.
  7. Job Descriptions: Ensure accurate job descriptions are available for all staff members.
  8. Employee Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of employee records.
  9. Background Checks: Conduct background checks on staff.
  10. Training Opportunities: Identify training and development opportunities.
  11. Training Scheduling: Manage the training schedule of the company.
  12. Recommendations: Provide recommendations to the CEO regarding time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization.
  13. Monitoring: Monitor staff at different sites and report findings to the CEO.
  14. Project Tracking: Collaborate with the CEO to track key project milestones and progress against personal, team, and company goals/targets.
  15. Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with ad hoc projects, events, and travel arrangements as required.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or Administration.
  • Experience: 3-10 years.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Teamwork capabilities.
  • Keen observation skills and a willingness to learn.
