Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full-Time
The role of a Customer Service Representative is pivotal as the primary point of contact for the company’s customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products or services.
- Collect and document customer feedback.
- Contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Promptly address customer issues and complaints.
- Offer customer support through various communication channels.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the management team.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years of documented experience in a customer service role.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the Hausa language.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- A solid grasp of management principles and techniques.
