Job Description:
Reporting to the Team Lead Creative, you will be responsible for various tasks within the department. This includes coordinating photoshoots with clients, managing photography equipment, submitting photos to appropriate channels, conducting photography sessions, understanding project specifications, collaborating with our art team for concept development, capturing and processing images to achieve desired outcomes, capturing candid and natural poses, enhancing image quality through editing, utilizing modern and traditional equipment, arranging scenes and lighting as per requirements, guiding participants during shoots, organizing and archiving photos, and upholding photographic best practices.
Requirements / Desirable:
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of work experience.
- Flexibility to accommodate client schedules.
- Proficiency in photography techniques.
- Ability to sustain extended periods of standing or crouching during photoshoots.
- Skill in using photo editing software and camera equipment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated professional shooting experience.
- Impressive portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in both traditional and modern photography equipment.
- Solid grasp of Photoshop, photo book design, Capture One, Lightroom, or similar photography-specific software.
- Competence in shooting, lighting, and printing.
- Familiarity with photographic best practices and techniques.
- Understanding of online publishing and printing processes.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
