Job Description: KFC Nigeria is currently seeking candidates for the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager. The Assistant Restaurant Manager’s role involves serving as the lead assistant to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and providing additional management coverage during operating hours. They will also be responsible for directly supervising restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead assistant to the RGM.
- Provide additional management coverage during operating hours.

- Assist in ensuring efficient operation and adherence to standards.
Requirements:
- B.Sc or HND in any discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing or leading a restaurant.
- Candidates with previous experience in managing a restaurant in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) are preferred.
Skills Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
- Ability to effectively supervise a team.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate arithmetical computations.
- Ability to maintain records and generate reports.
- Excellent team player with the ability to multitask.
- Possess strong leadership qualities and independence.
